Notes: Classic in the sense that what you expect from Gamay, and from Fleurie. Super gentle, fine tannin structure and generous fruit with opulant floral characters. But great Beaujolais shouldn't stop there, therre should be geniune intrigue and complexity, often just a touch more weight and structure. That's what we see in the Les Cocottes. Drink it for fun, but also to be inspired.
