Join romance author and scholar Jodi McAlister to talk about her new novel An Academic Affair.
Jodi will be joined by sommelier James Er. They’ve worked together to match five wines to various (non-spoilery!) moments in the novel. Jodi will talk about the book, James will talk about the wine – while you drink and ask whatever questions you like, about the book, about the wine, or about romance fiction in general.
Tickets are $5 to reserve your seat. On the night, it will be $20 for the wine (or free, if you don’t want to drink but do want to listen). Jodi’s books will be available for sale, and she’ll gladly sign them for you. James will probably sign things for you too, if you ask him nicely.
