Winery founded by Romano Dal Forno, now helmed by his son Marco Dal Forno, this is one of most elite, beautiful expressions of this style. They make only three wines, their Valpolicella, Amarone, and Recioto. The Valpolicella is treated much like a baby Amarone - the only difference between the two wines for them, is the length of time the grapes dry before ferment.
