Chateauneuf du Pape that truly sings. Blackberry, red cherry, mulberry, leather, game, violet, and a plethora of gentle spices.

You'll love this if: Note that it's 90% Grenache, most Chateauneuf du Pape's are Grenache heavy, but it does create a stylistic shift that's more about finesse than necessarily power and structure.

When to open it: Now, or at any point before 2042. It will improve with aging, but that being said at the moment there is nothing under-developed about it so it is looking great. It will continue improving however, so if you can muster the patience, it will reward it.
