Chardonnay from the region of Orange in NSW. Made by a 5th and 6th generation winemaking team, this is beautifully made wine.
The flavour profile of this Chardonnay is first and foremost about it's fruit: lot's of green apple, nashi pear, white flowers, gentle slatey minerality, with a backbone of subtle butter, brioche and hazelnut.
You'll love this if: You want good, classic Chardonnay done well.
When to open it: Drink now. But it won't deteriorate until it's 8-10 years old, it just won't improve past where it is now.
