Maybe skip this if: You want something super light and fruity. This is a medium bodied wine, it's not super intense, but it is the antithesis of the light juicy Aussie Sangiovese interpretations.
When to open it: Drink now. It will age happily until around 2030, but already has most of the flavours you'd be looking to layer in from that aging - it looks great now, but it's flavours aren't going anywhere if you don't drink it immediately.
