2023 Vinea Marson Prosecco 750ml

Vinea Marson are a brilliant small producer in Heathcote, working with fruit from Alpine Valleys here.

This is Prosecco, done impeccably well.

Choose this if you want Prosecco. Choose this also if you want amazing sparkling wine and were about to skip over Prosecco.

Skip this, under no circumstance. Or I guess if you don't like wine? But even then, maybe think about it.
 
Taste: Green apple, nashi pear, vibrant white flowers and elegant minerality.
 
When to open it: Now. It won't deteriorate if you hold onto it for up to 8 years, but there's no benefit to that either. Open it at the first excuse to do so.
 
This is a wine that we love, from some of the best winemakers in the country.
