Vibrant, fresh Chenin Blanc with an emphasis on lemon and grapefruit, gentle florals and a background of a savoury notes.

This is Chenin Blanc from a winemaker who specialises in this grape. She's been belting out multiple vintages per year working with other people in addition to making her own wine, flying between North and Southern Hemispheres honing her craft, and her craft is Chenin Blanc.
 
You'll love this if: You're looking for something lean, fresh and good. Think dry Riesling with slightly more palate weight.

Maybe skip this if: If you're looking for soft acidity. Basically if you don't want lean and crisp, the acidity on this will be a bit more,

When to open it: Drink now. That being said, it does have real ageability. At 8-10 years of age, this will taste amazing, but it's as much a stylistic shift as anything.
This is near as good as it'll taste right now, it'll just maintain that quality and change stylistically over 8-10 years.
