You'll love this if: Bordeaux Blanc is incredibly good value because it's overlooked by most of the market. Their whites are truly great though, and this is a classic but fun interpretation of that.

Maybe skip this if: You like your Semillon to just taste like battery acid. However, if you want it to have an intricate fruit profile, drink this wine.

When to open it: Honestly, drink now. It will age happily, and if it was opened in 2040 it'd still look pretty great, but it's best expression is closer to it's youth.
