This is a unique blend, that tastes purely traditional. Expect a savoury, earthy structure, with a vibrant and complex fruit profile dancing under the surface. That sounds wanky, but taste the wine and you'll see.
 
You'll love this if: You want to see something different and compelling.

Maybe skip this if: You feel like going safe. It's not challenging per se, but it's not exactly comfortable familiarity for most people in Australia either.It is truly beautiful, but you need to be open to different.
 
 
When to open it: Drink now. It'll age happily for up to 8-10 years, but it really finds it's stride after around 4 years (which given it's a 2021, we're already in that sweet spot).
